Get Your Green Smoothie On

Those of you who have never tired green smoothies before, maybe this weekend would be the perfect time to get your green smoothie on.

What is a green smoothie?

A green smoothie is a smoothie that consists of a green leafy vegetable of your choice along with some fruit of your choice.  The green leafy vegetables, fruit, water/rejuvelac/milk/coconut water and other super foods are blended for the perfect green smoothie.

You can make green smoothies with whatever your heart desires.  Drinking green smoothies will help you get those vitamins, nutrients, minerals and other essentials without having to sit down and eat a ton of greens.  How cool is that?
