Goals for the Challenge


On August 8, I will participate in a Raw Food Challenge which will last for 21 days. I have set some goals for myself and here they are:

  1. Eat 100% raw foods for the 21 days.
  2. Exercise daily
  3. Dry skin brush daily
  4. Eliminate all junk foods
  5. Read more raw food and health information
  6. Keep a journal
  7. Read the Bible more
  8. Pray more and develop a closer relationship with Jesus Christ.
  9. Get to sleep at a decent time
  10. Eat while it is daylight
  11. Limit time on computer
It is important for each of us to set goals and to review them regularly. If we want to achieve any goal we must stay focused and keep our eyes on our destination. We must have determination, discipline, and persistence. When we don't focus on our goals, it becomes easy to give up and quit. Today we will not quit, we will stay the path.
