MSG, What is it?

This will be a very short post because I will send you away to read an article by Dr. Mercola. 

Try your best to eat as much unprocessed foods as possible.  If you really want to keep harmful chemicals out of your food, prepare your food yourself with fresh unprocessed ingredients.
